Receive your instructions — We reply with the return address and everything you need to send the piece back safely. 3. Send it back — Pack the piece in its original packaging and ship it with a tracked service so it can be followed. 4. Refund — Once the return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — return shipping is on us in that case.

Every piece is 18k gold plated stainless steel. The stainless-steel base keeps its shape and strength, while the 18k gold plating gives the warm, soft finish.

Yes. Our pieces are made to be worn through showers, rain, workouts and swims. They are designed for real life, not for a jewelry box.

Wipe it dry with a soft cloth when it gets wet, store pieces separately so chains do not rub, and avoid harsh chemicals. That is genuinely all it needs.
