Every order is packed by hand and sent with tracking. If a piece is not right for you, you have 14 days to send it back.

As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow it to your door. Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
- Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- Earrings can only be returned unworn, for hygiene reasons.
- Include your order number so we can match your return to your order.
How to return a piece

Get in touch
Email support@lorevajewelry.com with your order number and the piece you would like to return.

Receive your instructions
We reply with the return address and everything you need to send the piece back safely.

Send it back
Pack the piece in its original packaging and ship it with a tracked service so it can be followed.

Refund
Once the return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — return shipping is on us in that case.
